- Installation: Installing conduit, wiring, lighting, and control systems in new or renovated buildings.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshooting electrical faults, repairing motors, generators, and switches, and conducting preventative maintenance to avoid failures.
- Technical Compliance: Reading blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Testing: Using testing equipment (e.g., ohmmeters, voltmeters) to diagnose electrical issues.
- Safety Adherence: Following strict safety regulations (OSHA) and using protective equipment to prevent hazards like electric shocks.
