Apparel Production Control Coordinator

Job Role:

1) Acting as a liaison between factory teams, and merchandisers.

2) Assist end-to-end outfit production, ensuring timely execution as per design and quality standards.

3) Coordinate closely with Master Ji / tailors for stitching, alterations, fittings, and finishing.

4) Oversee alterations and corrections, ensuring fit, measurements, and detailing are as per design specifications.

5) Monitor workflow, timelines, and daily production progress.

6) Conduct quality checks on garments for stitching, finishing, and measurements Before Audit.

7) Maintain production records, alteration notes, Work Update and follow-ups with the tailoring team.

8) Resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth coordination between design and production.

Required

Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of garment construction, stitching, and manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Organization: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production
