Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Apparel Merchandiser to manage end-to-end merchandising activities, coordinate with buyers and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of orders from sampling to final shipment. The candidate must be committed to a 2-year bond and willing to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers for order confirmation, sampling, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Handle product development, sample follow-ups, and approvals
• Work closely with production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams
• Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories procurement
• Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and timelines
• Track order status and provide regular updates to buyers and management
• Resolve production or quality-related issues promptly
• Maintain proper documentation related to orders and shipments
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Textiles, or relevant field
• Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics, and production processes
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to sign a 2-year bond (mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 years of experience in apparel merchandising
• Factory / export house experience is an added advantage
• Positive attitude with a long-term commitment mindset

Bond & Employment Terms

• 2-Year Service Bond is Mandatory
• Early exit will attract bond compensation as per company policy
• Training will be provided during the initial period
