Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy to join our esteemed medical college. The role involves teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in areas such as Gross Anatomy, Histology, Embryology, and Neuroanatomy. The candidate will be responsible for delivering theory lectures, conducting practical sessions (including cadaveric dissections), and creating engaging educational materials. Additionally, they will assist in curriculum planning in line with MCI/NMC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive lectures and tutorials on key topics in Anatomy.
Conduct and supervise practical sessions including cadaver dissections.
Assist with student assessment, including preparation and grading of exams.
Actively participate in research projects and publish findings in reputed journals.
Guide students through their research and thesis work, helping with methodology and design.
Mentor and support students academically, fostering a strong learning environment.
Contribute to the development of the curriculum and academic content for various courses.
Attend department meetings and participate in academic planning and quality assurance efforts.
Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to facilitate interdisciplinary learning.

Qualifications:
MBBS with MD/MS in Anatomy from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
Previous experience in teaching and research is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to publish research in peer-reviewed journals is desirable.
