Role Overview:

You will be responsible for working with a dedicated advisor or a team of financial advisors and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients. Your main focus will be on managing and organizing office workflow, emphasizing the creation and delivery of a unique client experience that sets advisors' practices apart. You will be expected to uphold high standards of business ethics, professionalism, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all interactions and work activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in client servicing tasks, which may include preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and executing trades and transactions (such as money movement and new account opening) as directed by the advisor
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, create meeting agendas and summaries, and provide necessary follow-up
- Ensure timely submission of new business paperwork by preparing forms, obtaining signatures, compiling documentation for submission to the home office, tracking insurance/annuity applications, and coordinating rollovers
- Coordinate marketing events by preparing compliance documentation and ensuring smooth execution
- Handle general administrative duties like answering advisors' phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, organizing client files, and managing new business correspondence and alerts
- Support advisors in enhancing their social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn with relevant and timely content
- Assist clients in enrolling and utilizing various Ameriprise tools effectively

Qualifications Required:
- Willingness to pursue licensing certifications as required (such as SERIES 7 and potentially State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance)
- Availability to work evening hours from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30 am to 6 pm CST)
- Graduation in a finance-related discipline (preferably with 0-1 year of experience or a 1-year diploma)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services would be advantageous
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to meet strict timelines as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for advisor practices
