Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Analyze existing software implementations for improvements
- Update and maintain documentation for team processes
- Establish partnerships with peers and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality software and contribute to building an engineering culture

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a modern programming language (preferably Java/Scala)
- Ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products
- Experience with high availability, mission-critical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in test-driven development and Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
