Empowers Zone is hiring an experienced Amazon PL Manager who can independently manage Private Label accounts, perform advanced product research, coordinate sourcing, launch new PL products, and scale brand performance.

Ideal candidate should understand:

• PL product selection
• China sourcing
• Listing creation
• PPC campaigns
• Ranking strategies
• Brand registry & A+ content

Responsibilities

• PL product hunting (data-driven analysis)
• Supplier communication (Alibaba, 1688, sourcing agents)
• Negotiating MOQ, pricing & shipping
• Creating optimized PL listings (copywriting + SEO)
• Managing images, A+ content & brand registry tasks
• Keyword research & competitor analysis
• Running & optimizing PPC campaigns
• Monitoring buybox, profitability & account health
• Creating weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years experience in Amazon PL
• Deep knowledge of PL mechanics, launch strategies & PPC
• Experience with Jungle Scout, Helium10, Keepa, etc.
• Familiar with FBA, logistics & supplier management
• Strong communication skills for dealing with suppliers
• Ability to work remotely & meet deadlines

Compensation

We offer flexible earning models:

• Salary + Percentage (Profit Sharing)
• Percentage Only (Commission-Based)
