Job Title: Amazon & Etsy Operations ExecutiveWe are seeking highly detail-oriented and fluent English speaking and Email writing. Amazon & Etsy Executive to manage and expand our brand presence across Amazon Seller Central and Etsy marketplaces. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing optimization, professional email coordination, and effective buyer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of our Amazon.com Seller Central account.
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content).
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product visibility to ensure smooth operations.
Handle Amazon ads (PPC campaigns) — set up, track performance, and optimize for better ROI.
Manage customer feedback, ratings, and reviews, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and address account health issues promptly.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Amazon.com Seller Central.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and Mailing skill.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
