Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

Create, optimize, and manage product listings – including content, images, pricing, keywords, and categorization

Ensure product availability and inventory synchronization across platforms

Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics and performance (return rate, defect rate, order cancellations, etc.)

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers in coordination with marketing and sales teams

Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor listings to identify improvement opportunities

Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely order dispatches and fulfillment

Resolve customer escalations and claims in coordination with customer support teams

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and address any penalties or account health issues proactively

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience handling marketplaces in the e-commerce domain, specifically Amazon.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, operations, and promotional tools

Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in D2C or startup environments

Familiarity with catalogue tools or inventory management systems

Knowledge of SEO and keyword tools for marketplace optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
