Responsible for planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons for students from Junior KG to Grade 6. The role includes preparing detailed lesson plans, implementing creative teaching methods, and using teaching aids, activities, and technology to enhance learning. The teacher will assess student performance through assignments, classwork, projects, and periodic evaluations, while maintaining proper academic records.

The teacher is also responsible for managing classroom discipline, encouraging student participation, supporting individual learning needs, and promoting both academic and personal development. Additional responsibilities include organizing classroom activities, preparing worksheets and learning materials, conducting remedial support when required, participating in school events and meetings, and maintaining regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
