  • Manage and handle end-to-end Alibaba B2B storefront operations, including account health and performance monitoring.
  • Create and optimize product listings with proper keyword research to improve visibility and inquiries.
  • Conduct Alibaba keyword research and continuously improve product ranking and search performance.
  • Manage and follow up on B2B leads and buyer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and higher conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for export sales operations, quotation preparation, order processing, and international client communication.
