As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. 2. Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist passengers with their luggage and guide them to their designated boarding gates. 4. Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures. 5. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights. 6. Provide accurate flight information and updates to passengers. 7. Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage and other services. 8. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage. 8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
