Position: Airport Ground Staff Hiring – Male/Female Both Company: Bluespirit Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit, a leading airline company in India, is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.

We are looking for both male and female candidates to fill this position.

As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.

Your main duties will include checking in passengers, assisting with baggage, directing passengers to their designated gates, and providing information about flight schedules and delays.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Check passports, visas, and other travel documents to ensure they are valid - Weigh and tag baggage and assist passengers with baggage check-in - Provide information to passengers about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled passengers - Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations - Handle passenger complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner - Maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and airport facilities - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations - Perform other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time - Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus, but not required We offer a competitive salary and advantages package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
