Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Ensure smooth and efficient check-in process by verifying travel documents and assigning seats
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled individuals
Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew and security, to ensure safe and timely departure of flights
Perform security checks on passengers and their baggage
Handle and process baggage, including loading and unloading from aircrafts
Maintain accurate records of flight and passenger information
Adhere to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for passengers Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
