• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have
• Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight coordination and communication
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise, working closely with other airport staff and authorities
• Maintain a clean and organized airport environment
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircrafts
