This role focuses on MATLAB/Python development, algorithm implementation, and supporting R&D teams working on AI/ML, Image Processing, Data Mining, and IEEE-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, reusable code in MATLAB, and Python
• Implement algorithms and simulations based on IEEE and research methodologies
• Assist the R&D team in building prototypes and technical solutions
• Prepare research codes for PhD engineering projects
• Research emerging tools, models, and frameworks as required

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in MATLAB or Python
• Basics of ML/AI, Image Processing, Data Mining, or Signal/Communication Systems
• Java exposure is an added advantage
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn independently
• Real-time course certifications are a plus

⭐ Training & Commitment Policy

• Training Duration: 3 months (structured technical training will be given)
• Commitment Period: 2 years after training, due to long-term R&D project requirements
• Document Requirement: Original certificates to be submitted for the duration of the agreement (standard policy).
