Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and build intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered features, implementing retrieval-based architectures, and contributing to next-generation product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Integration
Design and implement GenAI-powered applications
Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
Integrate LLM APIs or open-source models
Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks

Data & Pipeline Engineering
Prepare and process datasets for model usage
Build scalable inference pipelines
Optimize latency, accuracy, and cost

Experimentation & Innovation
Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques
Prototype new AI-driven product capabilities
Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Deployment & Monitoring
Deploy models/services to cloud environments
Monitor performance and reliability
Implement versioning and governance practices

Required Skills
4+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied ML roles
Robust Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with
Generative AI / LLM integration
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Prompt engineering
Familiarity with ML frameworks/libraries
Understanding of APIs and deployment workflows

Preferred / Positive to Have
Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar orchestration tools
Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Cloud ML services
Docker/Kubernetes
Experience fine-tuning models
