Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and build intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered features, implementing retrieval-based architectures, and contributing to next-generation product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Integration

- Design and implement GenAI-powered applications
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
- Integrate LLM APIs or open-source models
- Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks

Data & Pipeline Engineering

- Prepare and process datasets for model usage
- Build scalable inference pipelines
- Optimize latency, accuracy, and cost

Experimentation & Innovation

- Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques
- Prototype recent AI-driven product capabilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Deployment & Monitoring

- Deploy models/services to cloud environments
- Monitor performance and reliability
- Implement versioning and governance practices

Required Skills

- 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied ML roles
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with
- Generative AI / LLM integration
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt engineering
- Familiarity with ML frameworks/libraries
- Understanding of APIs and deployment workflows

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar orchestration tools
- Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Cloud ML services
- Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience fine-tuning models
