Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and build intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered features, implementing retrieval-based architectures, and contributing to next-generation product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Integration

• Design and implement GenAI-powered applications
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
• Integrate LLM APIs or open-source models
• Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks

Data & Pipeline Engineering

• Prepare and process datasets for model usage
• Build scalable inference pipelines
• Optimize latency, accuracy, and cost

Experimentation & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques
• Prototype new AI-driven product capabilities
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Deployment & Monitoring

• Deploy models/services to cloud environments
• Monitor performance and reliability
• Implement versioning and governance practices

Required Skills

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied ML roles
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with
• Generative AI / LLM integration
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering
• Familiarity with ML frameworks/libraries
• Understanding of APIs and deployment workflows

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar orchestration tools
• Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Cloud ML services
• Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience fine-tuning models
