Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Python AI / Generative AI Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, with hands-on experience building intelligent systems in Python.

The role involves developing AI-powered solutions, implementing generative AI models, integrating AI services into applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Build and integrate applications leveraging Large Language Models.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intelligent text-based applications.
• Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Work with vector databases and embeddings for building semantic search and AI-powered systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven features.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance in production environments.
• Document AI models, workflows, and implementation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience using AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building AI-driven APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI workflow optimization.
• Experience working with REST APIs and cloud-based AI services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
