Description : Position name : AI Workload EngineerResponsibilities : - Analyze AI model architectures and translate them into executable workloads on new HW+SW stack- Design and implement optimized software components for AI frameworks- Ensure performance, accuracy, scaling and reliability of AI workloads- Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, compiler, kernels, runtime)Qualifications (Required) : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in software engineering or AI model development- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++ with complex algorithmic problem-solving- Understanding of AI model architectures, especially LLMs- Experience in code optimization techniques (performance, memory, paralellization)- Strong communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have : - Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, other) for training/inference.- Experience with GPU programming or parallel computing (CUDA, OpenCL).- Knowledge of performance optimization, accuracy, and scaling for AI workloads.- Familiarity with distributed systems and model deployments ecosystem- Understanding of microprocessors/chips architectures (ref: hirist.tech)
