DIMOIS College of Business is establishing an AI-driven learning ecosystem to enhance its academic programs.

We are seeking an AI Video Production Specialist to transform academic scripts into high-quality, AI-generated learning videos.

Our internal academic content team will provide the content and scripts.

This role's primary responsibility is to use AI tools and video production systems to convert these scripts into professional video learning modules.
The initial project involves producing over 400 hours of recorded learning content for the ABT Program.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Video Production
Create AI-generated learning videos based on scripts from the academic content team

This includes:
Converting scripts into structured video modules.
Generating AI presenters or voice-over videos.
Integrating slides, visuals, and supporting graphics.
Producing clear, consistent learning videos.
Editing and finalizing video content for delivery.

AI Production Workflow
Develop and manage an efficient AI-based video production workflow to support large-scale content creation

This involves:
Selecting suitable AI video generation tools.
Managing AI voice narration systems.
Maintaining standardized video templates.
Optimizing production speed and quality.

Learning Video Packaging
Ensure all produced video content is appropriately structured for effective learning delivery

This includes:
Organizing videos into modules and lessons.
Maintaining consistent visual formatting.
Ensuring clarity and production quality.

Content Asset Management

Maintain a structured digital library for:
Scripts provided by the content team.
Video outputs.
Visual assets and templates.
Voice narration files.

Future Team Development

As the institution expands its digital learning programs, this role may grow into a leadership position, overseeing additional AI video production team members.
Initial Project Scope

The first major project includes:
Producing over 400 hours of AI-generated video content.
Supporting 12 academic subjects.
Working with scripts provided by the internal academic team.

Required Skills
Candidates should have experience in AI-powered video production and digital media creation.

Preferred skills include:
Proficiency with AI video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Pictory, or similar).
Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf AI).
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Proven experience creating professional educational or training videos.
A strong eye for visual quality and production consistency.
