We're a UK-based AI Creative Agency producing high-converting video ad creatives for DTC and B2C brands.

We need an elite AI Video Producer who can create scroll-stopping, film-quality ads using the latest generative AI tools — the kind of content that would cost thousands to produce traditionally.
This is a long-term freelance retainer role, not a one-off project. We want to build a real working relationship with the right person.

What you'll be producing:
AI UGC-style video ads for Meta and TikTok
AI avatar presenter videos using HeyGen or Synthesia
Cinematic b-roll and product visuals using Higgsfield, Kling, or Runway
Final edited, captioned, platform-ready creatives in 9:16 format

You must have hands-on experience with:
HeyGen or Synthesia (avatar/presenter videos)
Higgsfield AI, Kling, or Runway Gen (cinematic video generation)
Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (final assembly)
Character consistency techniques (LoRA, IP-Adapters, keyframing)
Captioning, motion graphics, and audio leveling for paid social

You are NOT the right fit if:
Your portfolio is random generations with no consistency
You can't explain how you solved a generation failure
You've only used one or two basic AI tools
You treat AI as a magic button rather than a production workflow

Monthly retainer (stable, predictable income — not gig-by-gig)

Read-only access to ad performance dashboards so you can see results of your work
