Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Creator who can manage end-to-end AI video production—from idea to final output. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands AI tools, workflows, and automation to create scalable, high-performing video content. Key Responsibilities End-to-End AI Video Creation • Create videos from scratch using AI (script → visuals → voiceover → edit → final output) • Produce high-converting ad creatives, social media videos, and marketing content • Build scalable workflows for bulk video production using AI AI Tools & Platforms • Hands-on experience with tools like Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, Pictory, Synthesia, CapCut AI, etc. • Use AI for script generation, avatars, voiceovers, subtitles, and visual creation • Continuously test and adopt new AI tools and platforms Creative Strategy with AI • Develop hooks, scripts, and concepts using AI + human creativity • Stay updated with viral trends and AI-generated content formats • Create platform-specific content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) Performance-Driven Content • Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and conversions • Test multiple variations using AI (creatives, hooks, formats) • Analyze performance and iterate quickly Automation & Scaling • Build automated workflows using AI tools and integrations • Reduce manual effort and increase content output efficiency • Work with marketing team to align content with campaigns Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in AI video creation / video editing • Strong hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, etc.) • Ability to create videos end-to-end using AI tools • Understanding of short-form content and ad creatives • Basic knowledge of performance marketing is a plus • Creative + tech-savvy mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment Salary & Location Salary Range: INR 2 LPA – 6 LPA Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
