Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Specialist who can effectively use AI tools to automate business processes, improve productivity, and train employees on AI adoption. The candidate should understand how AI systems work but will not be required to perform coding or model development.

This role focuses on practical implementation, workflow automation, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong product background with hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms.
• Identify business processes that can be automated using AI tools.
• Implement AI-based automation solutions (no coding required).
• Train employees on effective use of AI tools.
• Create SOPs and documentation for AI usage.
• Monitor AI tool performance and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors or technical teams if required.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance while using AI tools.
• Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends.

Basic Understanding (Mandatory)

• How AI models work (basic concept of LLMs)
• Prompt engineering
• AI limitations and risks
• Data privacy & ethical AI usage

Mandatory Skills & Tools Knowledge:

• AI Productivity Tools: ChatGPT / OpenAI-based tools, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude.
• Automation Tools: Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate.
• Business & Office Automation: Advanced Microsoft Excel (AI features, Power Query), Google Workspace automation, Notion AI / similar tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (IT/Computer Science preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

• 1–2 years experience in business process automation / AI tools usage.
• Experience in conducting training sessions.
• Experience in workflow optimization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
