Summary: We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with 4–5 years of experience who has strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building AI-driven applications, managing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications integrating AI capabilities.
• Work on backend APIs and frontend interfaces to support AI-powered features.
• Manage and guide a small team of developers, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define AI solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing AI models for performance and scalability.
• Implement data processing pipelines and manage model training workflows.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and best development practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

Technical Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage small development teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience working on AI-based SaaS products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
