Job Description: AI Prompt Trainer (US Staffing & BD)

Location: PAN India / Remote / Onsite Training

Shift: US Synchronized (IST Night Shift)

Experience: Expertise in AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time / Consultant

ROLE : The trainer will design and deliver practical, hands-on training sessions tailored to the US staffing industry, helping recruiters and BDEs leverage AI for candidate sourcing, email outreach, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

• Conduct interactive training workshops on AI Prompt Engineering for US Recruiters and BDEs .
• Develop custom prompt frameworks for recruitment, and business development.
• Deliver live demonstrations and practical exercises using AI tools.

Train recruiters to use AI for:

• Boolean search prompt creation
• Candidate sourcing strategies
• Resume summarization
• Interview question generation
• Candidate outreach messages
• Job description optimization

Train BDEs to use AI for:

• Client prospecting research
• Sales email drafting
• Proposal writing
• LinkedIn outreach messaging
• Market intelligence

Content & Training Material

• Design AI prompt playbooks for US staffing workflows
• Develop training guides, templates, and prompt libraries
• Create use-case based examples for recruiters and sales teams

Performance Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruitment tasks using AI
• Improve recruiter productivity and response rates using AI tools
• Track training effectiveness and adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques
• Experience delivering corporate training or workshops
• Understanding of US Staffing / Recruitment processes
• Familiarity with: ATS systems, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, Email outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with US IT Staffing companies
• Experience training recruitment or sales teams
• Knowledge of AI automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI agents, etc.)
• Background in HR technology or recruitment operations
