  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall 10 - 18 years of overall experience.
  • Define and drive the AI implementation strategy across the AMS portfolio and Product Engineering teams, with a focus on automation, intelligent engineering workflows, and efficiency improvement.
  • Architect and oversee the design of distributed applications, ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to embed AI-first principles, including AI-assisted coding, testing, observability, and operations.
  • Provide architectural leadership across Banking domain projects, aligning with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
  • Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities.
  • Proven background in Banking domain architectures, including understanding of core banking processes, regulatory context, and domain-driven design patterns. - Nice to Have
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and migrate toward cloud-native distributed frameworks.
  • Mentor engineering teams in AI architecture, vibe coding practices, and modern engineering patterns.
  • Ability to influence engineering teams and drive AI-led modernization across portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architecture solutions.
