Job Title: AI Growth Engineer (Agentic Workflows & Automation)
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate preferred

Role Overview
We are hiring an innovative AI Growth Engineer to automate and optimize our D2C operations using agentic AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who can build intelligent, self-optimizing workflows and leverage AI as a core development tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-driven autonomous workflows
• Build and manage bots across website, CRM, and ad platforms
• Automate SEO, GEO, and AEO pipelines
• Optimize performance marketing (ads, landing pages, A/B testing)
• Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and growth

Required Skills

• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, GPT Codex, Copilot, etc.)
• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or Node.js
• Familiarity with Shopify/E-commerce platforms & APIs
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRO & analytics

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT) or relevant experience
• 1–3 years experience in development/automation/growth roles
• Freshers with strong AI project portfolios can apply
• D2C/E-commerce experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
