Role Overview:
The AI Generalist will work across departments to implement AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, marketing performance, automation, and decision-making.
This is not a purely technical coding role; we’re looking for someone who understands AI tools, prompt engineering, automation platforms, AI-driven marketing, analytics, and workflow optimization.
You will act as the internal AI innovation lead.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Implementation & Automation:
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing, HR, sales, and operations
Build AI workflows using automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, API integrations)
Develop prompt libraries and AI SOPs for internal teams
Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools

AI for Marketing & Branding:
Use AI tools for content generation, campaign planning, and performance optimization
Implement AI-driven ad optimization strategies
Utilize AI for video editing, image generation, and short-form content creation
Support AI-powered SEO strategies

Data & Analytics:
Analyze marketing and business data using AI tools
Create dashboards and insights reports
Support predictive analysis for growth strategies

Research & Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends
Test and evaluate new AI software for business adoption
Recommend scalable AI systems for client projects
Contribute to AI-based service offerings for BDaaS clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, automation platforms, etc.)
Knowledge of prompt engineering
Familiarity with APIs and automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing & analytics
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
