What role looks like:

We are looking for a high impact, hands on role for SDE III with a deep specialization in Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will be responsible for driving our most ambitious AI initiatives, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our agentic systems and generative models. You'll work closely with cross functional teams including product management, Engineering, to translate complex business problems into elegant, autonomous AI solutions. As a key you will be responsible to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven features across our SaaS platforms.

What you'll Deliver:

• Design, develop, and deploy a new generation of autonomous AI agents that can perform complex, multi-step tasks for our users. This includes developing the core agentic framework, integrating tool-use capabilities, and managing state and memory.
• Select, fine-tune, and integrate state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, multimodal models, diffusion models) to power our products and agentic systems. You'll ensure these models are efficient, accurate, and scalable for production use.
• Contribute to and own key components of our internal Gen AI platform, including prompt engineering pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and multi-agent collaboration frameworks. Track project progress, measure team performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all AI solutions are robust, scalable, and deployed with best-in-class MLOps practices, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the engineering team, providing guidance on AI best practices, code reviews, and technical direction.

Ideally, What You Bring:

• 6–9 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in GenAI / Agentic AI.
• Strong expertise with LLMs & GenAI frameworks: Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Strong background in Agentic AI systems, function-calling, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its AI ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling: MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Ray.
• Comfort working with cloud-native AI stacks: AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Bonus Expertise:

• Experience with multi-agent systems or sophisticated agentic orchestration.
• Proficiency in MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar. Contributions to open-source AI frameworks.
• Prior experience in high-scale SaaS startups.
• Experience with AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to observability tools for AI (Traceloop, LangSmith, Arize AI, etc.).
