About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI Engineer – LLM & Agentic AI who has practical experience in developing AI chatbots, AI agents, and automation systems using open-source models.

The ideal candidate should have experience in training, fine-tuning, deploying, and managing AI systems in real-world applications. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work on cutting-edge AI products including Agentic AI, AI CRM automation, and conversational AI systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in developing AI chatbots and AI agents

Experience working with open-source LLM models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)

Knowledge of fine-tuning, training, and deploying models

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)

Experience in building automation workflows

Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, etc.)

Backend development knowledge (Python / FastAPI / Node.js preferred)

API integration and webhook handling

Basic knowledge of cloud deployment & Docker (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI chatbots for web and messaging platforms

Build and optimize AI agents and multi-agent systems

Work on Agentic AI architecture and automation workflows

Train, fine-tune, and deploy open-source LLM models

Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms

Optimize model performance, response accuracy, and token usage

Collaborate with the development team for product enhancement

Monitor AI systems and improve based on user feedback

Maintain documentation of AI models and workflows

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI development

Strong understanding of LLM-based systems

Work From Office (Newtown) mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
