• *Open Role: AI Developer (India, Remote)**

Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/LLM-powered applications used in production workflows. You will connect software engineering with model development, LLM evaluation, RLHF concepts, data labeling strategy, and QA evaluation to improve model reliability and performance.

• *What You Will Do**
• Design and ship AI-driven features integrating ML models and LLMs into production systems
• Develop inference services, APIs, batch pipelines, and real-time inference workflows
• Build LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation harnesses (golden datasets, regression tests)
• Partner with data labeling/QA teams on annotation guidelines, acceptance criteria, and training data quality checks
• Run QA evaluation to measure accuracy, safety, and reliability; iterate on model performance improvement
• Implement monitoring for drift, hallucinations, latency, and cost; ensure reproducibility across environments
• *Required Qualifications**
• Mid-to-senior experience building ML-enabled software products
• Strong Python skills; hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision; offline metrics and human-in-the-loop evaluation
• Experience deploying with Docker and CI/CD; Kubernetes and AWS preferred
