Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused AI Consultant / AI Adoption Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between client business objectives and the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence.

You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI adoption, define practical use cases, and translate strategic goals into actionable AI initiatives. From discovery to implementation, you will guide teams on how AI can drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with all workstreams to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where AI can create value.
• Assess client requirements and translate them into AI-driven solution strategies.
• Develop practical AI adoption roadmaps aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to design, propose, and support the delivery of AI-powered solutions.
• Present AI capabilities and opportunities in a clear, business-friendly way to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Own and manage the client journey from initial discovery and solution scoping through implementation and ongoing support.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and real-world use cases to continuously bring new value to clients.
• Prior experience or interest in e-commerce and digital merchandising is an advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in custom AI development or AI solution implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar positions within a services company or digital agency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including areas such as machine learning, NLP, chatbots, automation, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Practical exposure to AI projects, either through development, implementation, coordination, or solution delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI opportunities.
• Comfortable working with international clients, particularly across EU, GCC and SEA time zones when required.
