Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, and Make.com.
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, etc.) into business processes for content, analysis, and decision-making.
• Connect and synchronize business applications (CRM, productivity tools, databases) through APIs and webhooks.
• Implement conditional logic, data transformations, and error handling for reliable automation.
• Monitor, test, and optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify new automation opportunities.
• Document workflows and provide training/support for end users.
