Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven AI Applications Associate to join Muskaan
PAEPID. The selected candidate will work closely with our education, vocational training,
employment and advocacy teams to explore and implement AI-powered tools and innovations that
enhance the lives of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (PwIDDs).
Key Responsibilities

• Apply AI in education: adaptive learning, speech/text support for PwIDDs.
• Support AI-based job-matching models and workplace communication tools.
• Build dashboards and analytics for program monitoring and insights.
• Automate internal processes (e.g., reporting, tracking).
• Use and deploy no-code/low-code AI tools for daily operations.
• Stay updated with global trends in inclusive/assistive technologies.
• Coordinate with tech/startup/CSR partners for implementation pilots.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or related roles.
• Working knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with EdTech, assistive tech, or the disability sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
