Experience: 15-20 years from Sheet Metal Stamping Background

Job Description:

• Handling customer complaints
• Documenting and reporting 8D to customer
• Excellent communication skill
• Developing and implementing standards for inspection, CSR etc.
• Communicating with CFT for problem solving
• Process rejection analysis – Preparing action plan and follow-up with CFT for closures
• Review and updating process CP, FMEA, work instructions etc.
• Conducting product audit and process audit as per plan
• Tracking of COPQ, process PPM, customer PPM and reporting monthly to manager
• Lead Teams to conduct SPC ,MSA ,Layout inspection as per plan
• Good Proficiency in Product drawing reading and GD & T
• Prepare & Approve PPAP documents for New Product Development
• Ensuring sustenance of IATF-16949 and EMS 45000
• Core Participant in New Product development.
• Ensure Incoming Quality for Raw Materials, Bought Outs and Vendor supplied Parts from Heat Treatment, CED Coating, Powder Coating suppliers.
• Drive Sub Supplier Audits- Process & Product Audits, CQI Audits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
