Job Description: AGM - Online B2B Sales


1. Overview:

The AGM - Online B2B Sales is responsible for leading and executing the online B2B sales strategy for the organization. The primary objective of the role is to drive revenue growth and increase market share by leveraging online channels.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omnichannel sales strategies to capture new customers and grow existing ones

  • Manage and optimize online sales platforms (e.g., website, marketplace, CRM) to improve customer experience and conversion rates

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key online partners and distributors

  • Identify and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads

  • Analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies and tactics

  • Lead and motivate a team of online sales representatives to achieve performance targets

  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing)

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in online B2B sales

  • Proven track record of handling online sales and marketing

  • Successful experience in managing teams of over 10 people

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
