- Collaborating with developers, QA, DevOps, and architects to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

- Managing expectations and promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile mindset, frameworks, and execution excellence.
- Mentoring junior Scrum Masters and helping scale Agile practices across the organization.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or mobile banking platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team software products.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe SPC/RTE, or PMI-ACP.
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with distributed systems or large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to data engineering, AI/ML, or cybersecurity is an added advantage.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
