**Responsibilities**:

- Should have at least 4-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master and handled at least 3 projects where Scrum was used.
- Should be well versed with the Agile Culture and thorough understanding of the Scrum framework
- Should be well versed with Scrum Ceremonies and reporting
- Should have CSM certification
- Should have knowledge of different Agile Frameworks.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to create self-organizing teams.

Qualifications:

- 4-8 yrs of IT experience
- Understand networking, VPN’s, compute infrastructure
- Troubleshoot cloud and OS level issues(based on experience)
- Scripting knowledge(Any)
- Logical reasoning to solve real time practical issues
- Understand devops culture
- Have positive customer interaction skills
