Experience requirements include 6+ years in Agile Coaching Delivery Transformation roles Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software Confluence boards workflows dashboards hierarchies Experience translating Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe into practical Jira configurations A strong understanding of regulated industries Pharma Medical devices Life sciences is also essential
