Roles and Responsibilities
• Recruiting Agents & Advisors by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
• Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market, and other activities
• Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs
• Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
• Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
• Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
• Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
• Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
• Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
Required Candidate profile
Experience: Candidate with 2 years to Years of Field Sales experience in any industry, Insurance / BFSI experience will be added advantage.
Age Limit: Candidate must be under Years of Age.
Educational Qualification: Graduate
