Our After Sales Support team plays a key role in ensuring smooth student journeys and strong customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities
  • Provide post-enrollment support to students via calls, emails & WhatsApp.
  • Assist with onboarding, LMS access, schedules & general queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up to improve student engagement and reduce drop-offs.

  • Preferred candidate profile
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory).
  • Experience in Customer Support/After Sales Support (EdTech/BPO preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic CRM/LMS tools.
