Lead and manage primary and secondary sales operations within the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective engagement with Distributors/trade processors/sub-dealers.
  • Expand and strengthen the channel network to ensure long-term business scalability.

  • Responsible for overall sales turnover, customer experience, and stakeholder relationships in the unit.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators to build a loyal network of channel partners and enhance brand value.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Scout for opportunities to reach end consumers through cost-effective channels to increase business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities to increase market visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals
