Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Advanced Excel MIS Report Manager to manage, analyse, and present business data through structured MIS reports. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, automation, and reporting dashboards to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports
• Design and automation of MIS dashboards using Advanced Excel
• Data analysis, reconciliation, and validation of large datasets
• Preparation of financial and operational performance reports
• Creating dynamic dashboards using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot
• Development of Excel-based automation tools (Macros / VBA preferred)
• Coordination with various departments for data collection and reporting
• Trend analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Presentation of MIS reports to senior management

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)
• Experience in handling large datasets
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques
• Basic understanding of Finance & Accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in MIS Reporting / Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems is an added advantage
• Experience in VBA / Power BI is a plus
