- Support the development and delivery of analytical solutions in collaboration with senior analysts and team leads.
- Apply foundational analytics, decision science, and AI/ML techniques to support ExUS Commercial initiatives.
- Translate business questions into analytical tasks, execute analyses, and present findings.
- Conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and BIT teams to address data issues and enhance data reliability.

- **Stakeholder Support & Business Understanding**
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches using SQL and Python.
- Develop dashboards and analytical assets to enable stakeholders to self-serve insights.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business context and requirements.
- Prepare analytical outputs, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholder discussions.

- **Omnichannel & Commercial Analytics**
- Execute analytics to support omnichannel tactics and content analysis.
- Track performance metrics related to omnichannel tactic adoption and engagement.
- Assist in test-and-learn initiatives and identify trends in data.

- **Technical Execution & Data Handling**
- Build and maintain datasets, models, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and documentation of analytical processes.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to resolve data issues.

- **Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning**
- Collaborate within analytics project teams to achieve shared goals.
- Learn standard analytical frameworks, SQL patterns, Python coding standards, and visualization best practices.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs to enhance skills.

- Exposure to commercial analytics, marketing analytics, or healthcare/pharmaceutical analytics is a plus.

• *Technical Skills (Preferred):**
- SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Familiarity with collaborative analytics environments.
- Understanding of data quality issues and root causes.
