As an Ads Specialist & Social Media Expert at Vertex Line Media, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Your role will involve managing social media strategy, content coordination, audience growth, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
- Create and manage monthly social media calendars and posting strategies
- Handle end-to-end social media management across key platforms
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for post creatives, captions, and ad creatives
- Analyze campaign and page performance and prepare regular reports
- Run A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Build brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through paid and organic efforts
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- Good understanding of campaign setup, pixel integration, conversion tracking, and retargeting
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, funnel building, and performance marketing
- Experience in managing social media pages and content strategy
- Familiarity with Canva/creative briefing tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and reporting ability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Candidate Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant experience in paid ads and social media management
- Proven track record of running successful lead generation and awareness campaigns
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
