As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Ads Executive to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through targeted and effective advertising campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, ensuring our campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Assist in developing and implementing retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
- Ensure all ads align with Bioleather's brand values, messaging, and overall marketing goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support overall brand growth initiatives.
