Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Telecaller to handle

student inquiries, generate leads, and support the admission process. The role involves

calling prospective students, providing course information, and converting inquiries into

admissions.

Key Responsibilities

 Call and follow up with prospective students and leads

 Explain courses, fees, admission process, and institute details

 Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

 Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up data

 Coordinate with admission and counseling team

 Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

 Achieve daily/weekly admission targets

 Support admission campaigns and promotional activities

Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum Graduate in any discipline

 0–2 years experience in telecalling / admissions / sales

 Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Required Skills

 Good communication and convincing skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry

 Ability to handle calls and follow-up efficiently

 Target-oriented and result-driven approach

 Polite, confident, and professional behavior

Preferred Skills

 Experience in education sector or admission process

 Knowledge of CRM / lead management tools

 Sales or counseling experience

Salary: As per experience & institute norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,852.74 per month
