Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming queries from students and parents via phone, providing accurate information about courses and admission processes across various private colleges and universities.

2. Actively call and follow up with prospective students/parents to promote and convert leads into admissions for Regular and Online Degree programs.

3. Collaborate with the team to align content strategy with admission goals and stay updated on changes in college admission criteria.

4. Participate in regular team meetings to report progress, share feedback, and improve communication strategies.

5. Can Call Students and Ask For College Counselling Support
